- You or your school/college will be sent an invoice relating to the course(s) booked. This invoice must be paid prior to your attendance on the course(s).
- We will inform you as soon as possible if the chosen course(s) is/are full.
- We will send out course details, including a letter, map and any other information to the address given to us at the time of booking at least two weeks before the course date(s). Please notify us if your address changes.
- In the event that a delegate cannot attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome. If a cancellation is necessary, course fees will be refunded, subject to deduction of a £25 administrative charge, up to two weeks prior to the course dates. No refunds are possible on any cancellation less than two weeks prior to a course.
- The brochure course descriptions are for illustration only and serve as an indication as to content. Presenters reserve the right to vary the content to meet the needs of participants, take note of recent changes and for other legitimate reasons. Science Learning Centre North East will endeavour to deliver the professional development programme as stated. However, we reserve the right to change or alter the presenter, content and/or description of any course and/or to cancel any course in our programme if this is warranted by circumstances beyond our control. Science Learning Centre North East cannot be held liable for any out of pocket expenses incurred under such circumstances.
